Paladino wants to bring down the tax rates to help the manufacturers . Paladino feels that this would help the economy with better jobs. As he said in his quote he dosen't want the state to have a bad reputation for the high tax rates that are affecting the manufacturers. Cuomo fills that this plan will not help the economy in any way and is not a successful plan. Cuomo also feels he is not responsible to voters.“There is no long-term economic future for a state that is one of the highest taxed states in the nation, period.” There is no one New York state economic development.” Cuomo clearly stated that he belives that Paladinos plan would not work because he only has on plan to fix one state. Cuomo argues that you should have many different ideas and plans to fix different states beacue it would help the econom even better.
